  IS GOOD HELP REALLY THAT HARD TO FIND!?
  Wish it was worth the hype.
  Walked into blank stairs and not even one smile.
  The cashier was a complete ditz, obviously knew nothing about the menu items, no suggestions as we were staring blankly. The other older lady with glasses at the register completely ignored us.
  Wait was not an issue, but then the guy that handed us our food, no smile, but as he walked away did give a very short "enjoy your food".
  First time ever eating their and extremely disappointed. They had about 8 employees just all kinda standing around and maybe only 2 of them doing something.
  Expensive, Need to really improve with customer service.
  The sandwiches were good. But nothing I'd ever pay $10 per sandwiche for.
  Best part was the add on hot sauce.
  Just go to subway.

  Best meatball sub on the mountain......unfortunately it's rare to get it made right the first time. I should not have to clarify each time I order I am allergic to cheese. Even then, it has still been made wrong.
  
  Today is the third time in a row inside of about 4 weeks this has been an issue. Having to wait anywhere from 10-15 min to get a sub re made is getting old.
  
  This lack of attention to detail is a waste of customers time, and a waste of resources through employees time and ultimately costing the business money as I've watched them throw away the sub with cheese on it.
